Fame App Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Fame! These Terms and Conditions (Terms, Terms and Conditions) govern your relationship with the Fame mobile application (the App) operated by Fame Inc. (us, we, or our). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our App. Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the App.

App: Fame mobile application and its related services.
User: Any individual who accesses or uses the App.
Content: Any text, images, videos, or other multimedia content uploaded or shared within the App.
Fame Coins: In-app currency that users can buy and withdraw.
Fire Points: In-app currency that users can earn through engagement and activities.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation: To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our App or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. User Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the Content you post to the App.
License: By posting Content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your Content.
Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the Content you post. You must ensure that your Content does not violate any laws, regulations, or rights of third parties.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Illegal Activities: Using the App for any unlawful purpose or in furtherance of illegal activities.
Harmful Content: Posting any Content that is harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Spamming: Engaging in any form of unsolicited advertising, marketing, or other activities.
Impersonation: Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

6. In-App Purchases

Fame Coins: Users can purchase Fame Coins through the App. Fame Coins can be used within the App for various services and may be withdrawn in accordance with our withdrawal policy.
Refunds: All purchases of Fame Coins are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

7. Rewards and Trading

Fire Points: Users can earn Fire Points through engagement and activities within the App. Fire Points cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real currency.
Trading: Users can trade celebrity stocks and manage their portfolios within the App. All trades and transactions are final.

8. Push Notifications

By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to receive push notifications from the App. You can manage your notification preferences through your device settings.

9. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use our App. You understand that through your use of the App, you consent to the collection and use of this information as set forth in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Fame Inc., its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any Content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Fame Inc. and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the App, or b) a breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.
